Clover TCG ships across the GCC. Inside the UAE we reach every emirate; we also deliver to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. The delivery time below is measured from the day your order is handed to our courier — typically the same business day if your order is placed before 2pm UAE time.

How an order moves

  1. Place the order on clovertcg.ae and pay securely with Ziina (Apple Pay, Google Pay, or card).
  2. Automatic confirmation — you'll receive an emailed Ziina receipt, and we'll message you on WhatsApp to confirm we've picked the order.
  3. Packaging — sealed items are prepared the same day. High-value boxes are reinforced to survive transit in mint condition.
  4. Dispatch — the parcel is handed to a local courier and tracked into the courier's system.
  5. Delivery — arrives within the window listed above. If anything changes, we message you on WhatsApp proactively.

Packaging for sealed products

Sealed One Piece TCG product holds its value because the external packaging is untouched. We protect that:

  • Booster boxes ship inside an outer carrier box with cushioning — no pressure marks on the display.
  • Illustration boxes and premium collections are bagged then boxed.
  • Single-pack shipments go in rigid mailers the carrier can't bend.
  • If anything arrives with visible transit damage, message us on WhatsApp with a photo within 48 hours and we'll open a claim with the courier.

Tracking & communication

Once your order is booked with the courier we send a WhatsApp message with the tracking reference and expected arrival window. If you would prefer email-only updates, tell us at checkout in the "Delivery notes" field and we'll switch the channel.

Costs & payment

Delivery fee: AED 30 inside the UAE, AED 70 to other GCC countries — once per order.

Free delivery: on every order over AED 1,500, anywhere in the GCC.

Accepted payments: Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major debit and credit cards, processed in AED via Ziina. See the About page for full business and payment details.

How much is delivery?
A flat 30 AED per order inside the UAE and 70 AED to other GCC countries (Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman). Orders over 1,500 AED ship free anywhere in the GCC. It's added once at checkout.
Which countries does Clover TCG ship to?
Across the GCC: all seven Emirates of the UAE (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain), plus Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. UAE delivery is 1–3 business days; other GCC countries typically take 3–7 business days.
How long does delivery take inside Dubai?
Orders going to Dubai typically arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch. Orders placed before 2pm UAE time are usually handed to the courier the same day.
Are sealed booster boxes protected during shipping?
Yes. High-value sealed products are reinforced so they arrive in the same mint condition they left the shop. Any visible transit damage reported within 48 hours is investigated directly with the courier.
Will I get tracking for my order?
You'll get an order confirmation email from Ziina the moment payment is completed, and a WhatsApp update with live dispatch and delivery information. Prefer email only? Tell us in the Delivery notes field at checkout.
