Payment
Online payments are processed securely via Ziina. Prices are in AED and charged at the amount shown at checkout. Cash and bank transfer can be arranged on WhatsApp.
Returns & Cancellations
Sealed product is covered against damage or errors on our side — contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right (replacement or refund). Because trading-card product is collectible and sealed, we can't accept change-of-mind returns once opened. Pre-orders can be cancelled any time before they ship.
Privacy
We only collect what's needed to fulfil your order (name, contact, delivery address) and never sell or share your data. Payment details are handled by Ziina, not stored by us.
Authenticity
All product is genuine, factory-sealed One Piece TCG. We do not sell proxies or counterfeit cards.
