Where do you deliver?
Across the GCC — all seven Emirates of the UAE plus Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain and Oman. Delivery is AED 30 inside the UAE and AED 70 to other GCC countries, and free on orders over AED 1,500.
How long does delivery take?
Usually 1–3 working days within the UAE once your order is confirmed, and 3–7 working days for other GCC countries. We'll keep you updated on WhatsApp.
How do I pay?
Secure online checkout via Ziina (cards). Prefer cash or bank transfer? Message us on WhatsApp and we'll arrange it.
Is everything authentic?
Yes — every box, pack and deck is factory-sealed, genuine One Piece TCG product. We carry both English and Japanese releases.
What does "pre-order" mean?
The set hasn't landed yet. Reserve it now via WhatsApp and we'll ship the moment cases arrive in the UAE, before general stock.
Something is sold out — will it restock?
Often, yes. Message us and we'll let you know when it's back, or help you find an alternative.
